Confused About Salary Breakup and CTC? Need Help with Employee Benefits and Reimbursements - CiteHR

Dear All,

I am in much confusion regarding fixing a Salary Breakup & CTC of an employee. My boss has agreed to provide PF, LTA, and Medical Reimbursement facilities to employees. So, I want the salary breakup with components like Basic, HRA, Conveyance allowance, CCA, etc.

Please send me details if an employee's gross salary is 34500, what will be their CTC & Monthly Salary Breakup.

Additionally, if we include medical reimbursement as a monthly salary component and an employee submits a medical bill of Rs. 15000, does the company have to reimburse this amount?

Thank you.

Hi!

Firstly, please confirm if the basic salary will be as per the minimum wages or if your organization has specific criteria. If it is as per minimum wages, then it varies for each state. I hope you are aware of this.

Also, please confirm the exact components you want to include in the salary breakup.

Hi Gokhe.Ashwini,

We have already fixed the salary components which I have already posted in my question. Please review my question again. Point number 2 is very critical for me. Please reply regarding that.

Thanks for the reply.
