Thank you, Swapna. It's good to see someone feeling happy. I think the concept will pick up. Perhaps we need to practice happiness by dedicating at least two hours as Happy Hours in the day. I mean during those two hours, let there be no thought or action that would bring unhappiness. Slowly, we can increase the hours... oh! it may take years. But the start can be now...
