I have joined a new organization comprising four thousand employees with 40 branches all over India. Here, the payroll process is totally different. Since I do not have experience in the payroll process, I need to know what steps will be taken in an organization for the payroll process (except attendance), how the input can be taken (except collecting attendance sheet and calculation), and other steps.
