Dear All HR Professionals,
A few days back, I raised a question about how to keep a record of employees' leaves. Now, I am attaching a leave card format for maintaining leave records of employees. I hope many of you will find it useful. Even though it is simple, it may be beneficial for all of you. I have created a card for every employee in my company, and the employee is aware of how many leaves they can utilize with me. They keep it with me, and when they want to take a leave, they request it from me. I hope this will be helpful.

- [ICON] Update Leave Balances: Regularly update the leave card with details of approved leaves, including the date, type of leave, and duration. Maintain accurate records to prevent any discrepancies.
- [ICON] Employee Awareness: Educate employees on how to use the leave card effectively. Encourage them to review their leave balances regularly and inform them of the process to request leaves using the card.
