Hi, a nice file was given on the organizational structure topic. I am guiding a student from b-school with the aim of tackling a tough subject; I have chosen this topic for that purpose. The student expressed that the material is not readily available on the internet. As a manager in HR at a steel plant, I have limited time to provide sufficient material and guidance to that extent, but I am determined to do something in this direction. I am confident that I will not face any hurdles along the way.
