Central government's list of holidays is for Central Government offices across India. These will not be the same as those of State government holidays.
Please keep watching the news/magazines for the announcement. Sometimes Chambers of Commerce and Industry (e.g., BCCI) will gather these and communicate to all member industries.

Under the AP National Festival Holidays Act, the Commissioner of Labour, Hyderabad, releases the List of Holidays for the year 2007 on Nov 27, 2006. Negotiations are still ongoing with the Trade Unions. The Commissioner will officially announce the List of Holidays upon the successful completion of negotiations with the Trade Unions.
