Hi Sagaryash,

If you worked with that company for more than 6 months, then you have to submit Form 19 & 10C for your PF withdrawal. If you worked for less than 6 months, then you are not eligible to withdraw your pension amount, so you do not need to submit Form 10C.

Form 19 is for getting your PF amount, and Form 10C is for getting your pension amount. You can submit the above forms with your recent employer or directly with the PF office by getting them attested by any government officer.

Dear All,

Kindly suggest to me what should be my next step in the following situation:

I worked for 7 months with my last employer. I submitted Form 19 and Form 10C on 26th March 2009 at one of the PF offices and received the acknowledgment (1 year after leaving my last employer) as well. However, I have not yet received the amount in my specified bank account. It has been 36 days since then.

Should I wait for some more days, or should I go to any of the PF offices to check the status of the claim? Your prompt guidance is appreciated.

Regards,
Trishna

Hi Trishna, Normally it will take minimum 45 working days after submission of your forms with PF office. So better you wait for some more days.
