I found the slides very useful in the ideas presented, especially on stress management. It was comprehensive and helpful in my own situation and will help others to understand how to cope with their work and family environment.

1. They follow a very clear train of thought.
2. The layout is very eye-catching (I hope it will not distract the audience).
