HI ALL, I have to make Presentation on HR in Virtual Organisation Can any one suggest me what is to be included in this topic???????? Plz help me:(

Hi

You can have the following flow of the presentation -
HR Functions - Give a brief of all the activities that HR does in a normal organisation eg. Recruitment, Hiring, Engagement, payroll management etc..
Why the Difference - Explain why the HR role will be different from a normal organisation (Pick up the differences between virtual and normal organisation that affect HR - e.g. Employees wont have workplace , wide cultural differences etc.)
What is the difference - No attendance management would be there , Salary structure may have to be.. different depending of the country etc.
Challenges - What all challenges HR will have to face in such a organisation

- An organization that outsources the majority of its functions,
- Independent organizations that share resources to achieve their goals,
- An open business.

Please let us know what exactly you are focusing on when you mention the term "Virtual Organization." It has a larger context when generally referred to. Please clarify, and we will then revert with the answer to your query.
