I've usually not written much or posted enough on the IT front in specific. So this time, I thought I need to dedicate a post to the HR fraternity who handle the Geeks in their day-to-day life. "Geeks" are no longer a derogatory implication. In fact, IT is passé; it's the "Geek" lingo that's in!
It's a very light article, with actual insights for implementation.
So this post is dedicated to the HR professionals to understand their bunch of employees a little bit better.
