As a humble thanks from me and the network members, I would like to introduce a special rank befitting his selfless and helpful nature.

Congratulations, Sir Rajat,
This is a befitting accolade from citeHR to you. Your selflessness and helpfulness I have personally experienced when you suggested a very good salary structure for me at around 12:30 in the night.
HEY PEOPLE - SHOULD WE NOT ADDRESS MR. RAJAT AS SIR RAJAT? AFTER ALL, HE IS THE FIRST CITEKNIGHT...?!!!
Wishing you all the best.
Warmest regards,

Thanks once again for the honor!!
Dear Swastik,
Thanks, and I am sure you would also earn a similar rank soon in the near future for your recent efforts and contributions. I do regularly read your postings on various issues which have been very educative and a great learning for me.

Dear Manjunath,
Thanks for your warm wishes..
Dear Preeti,
Thank you so much, Preeti. Please may I request you two things: please drop Jee and sir, and just call me "Rajat" :) Don't worry about missing all the action, would invite you to the Mumbai meet. Thanks to technology, the world indeed has become small, and knowledge/ideas are available at your fingertips.
Dear (Cite Contribution),
Thanks a lot. After all, credit for the Pune meet goes to you. I appreciate your efforts and hard work in calling up everyone to make sure they attend the meet. Indeed, I see the natural "leadership" qualities in you and assure you that you have a bright future ahead. We are all privileged to be associated with you.
Keep it up.
Dear Phanish,
THANKS.. :) and I hope you would help Kiran and Manjunath to organize the Hyderabad meet.

Dear Dhanjith,
Thanks a ton. Treat? :) In fact, I was musing the other day if I could join you guys for the Kerala meet. I would love to, as I have stayed and studied in Trivandrum for about three years, and it's a beautiful state. Unfortunately, I don't have any professional work as such in South India. In the near future, if I plan a holiday to Kerala, I would surely inform you in advance and give you a treat. :)
Hey, thanks for your lovely postings in Humor. It's a sheer delight to read them. :)
Dear Srinaren,

Dear Rajatji,
A special thanks and congratulations on being nominated for and winning an award as a "knight"! 😃 😃
Hats off to your selfless devoted work... Let this flow of knowledge spread from one member to another of Citehr.
Rajat, I have one suggestion... and I think you are the right person to take the initiative to start our own Citehr club... by having an annual get-together and other functions like knowledge sharing, and more.
Each region will have a region head who will drive the group and ensure that it stays connected with the other Citehr groups (region-wise). So, every region will have its meetings and discussions on a monthly basis regarding the current happenings in the HR field.
There will be a nominal charge for membership, and responsibilities will be distributed among the members.
I believe that if we proceed in this manner, we will one day have our own magazine named "CITEHR," which will encourage newcomers and motivate existing members with a positive force.
I am eager to know your feedback on this...
I also request all seniors to share their opinions on this.
Thanks & Regards,
Mona

Dear Rajat Sir,
First of all, I must thank you for acknowledging my email and encouraging me for the event. I also support Mona for the proposal of the Annual Meet and region-wise meets. Looking forward to your views on this issue. Congratulations once again.

A great suggestion by Mona.
When all other cities were planning to organize a meet, I felt a bit bad as nobody, including myself, was able to take any initiative from Chennai, which is also sure to have a good number of our forum members.
If we have a region-wise approach, I think it will surely help people like me. We can attend the meets organized in our region. I hope it will take full shape in the coming weeks, which will also help me contribute my part to this wonderful forum.

Adding to what is being discussed, offline meet is a shared vision now. Initially, Sidhartha Roy, the visionary of this site, had plans to arrange a national event at least once a year. He also planned to arrange offline meets in every city with a considerable number of members on a monthly basis.
Offline meets have already begun in a few cities. In fact, the teams in different cities are arranging big events in their regions. Once this goes live, we look forward to the national meet.
Even after the big events are over, the teams will continue to work to arrange meets every month as it is a live source of knowledge and effective networking.
An appeal to every member interested in offline meet: please get in touch with the team in your city.
