We have multinational company, there are 400 employees (150 Staff, 250 workers). The Problem is in canteen producere. We would not able to control of miss-use.
the points are given below:
1) Company is appointed canteen contractor & his kitchen is outside the compay.
2) We are provided the meals in subsidise rate (Ratio is company is paid 90%, 10% collect from employees).
