I was wondering why there are too many problems in an organization? Through CITEHR, there are always questions pertaining to conflicts or mismatches between the boss and workers, managers and subordinates, boss and managers, etc.
I think one should understand the basic structure of the organization. Moreover, the fundamental dynamics in which the organization is operating.
I hope this presentation will really help, especially new entrants in starting an enterprise or venture, or for any other purpose.
