Hello Friends

I wud like to share the attached calorie chart with you. Hope it wud help many of u.

We work in an environment with hectic schedules that we pay very less attention to our health and get prone to bad eating habits which lead us to put on extra weight. Sitting for hours in our offfices with very less physical activity and later returning home completely exhausted prevents many of us to follow regular exercise routine. These days many IT professionals have their tummy's out because of sitting for long hrs.

Do you think by being overweight one looses his/her confidence?
You can control your weight and improve ur personality and become more confident.

Just download the chart and watch out what u eat and how it effects ur body in terms of calorie intake.

The recommended daily calorie intake if you are of normal weight is 1940 calories a day for women and 2550 calories per day for men. These numbers are intended for those who do not practice a daily exercise routine. The amount of exercise you do affects the number of calories you should have in your diet because the body burns the calories at a faster rate when you workout. The number of calories your body needs for all its functions also depends on your age, weight, height and the overall composition of your body, such as your bone structure. If you are overweight, you will need to eat less than these recommended amounts in order to lose the desired number of pounds.

It is having many Indian items that we eat often.
Hope it may help u in shedding those extra kilos.

regards
