The normal Hierarchy is Trainee->officer->Manager->Sr. Manager->General Manager-> Vice President-> Senior Vice President-> President.
However, to expand the following can be followed:
Trainee->Jr. Officer/Executive-> Asst. Officer/Executive-> Officer/Executive-> Sr. Officer->Asst. Manager-> Deputy Manager-> Manager->Sr. Manager->Asst. General Manager-> Deputy General Manager-> Sr. Deputy General->Jt.General Manager-> General Manager-Sr. General Manager-VP-> SVP->President
This is just a vertical spread.. If you are looking for exact designation for different types of functions [ Like Finance, HR, Marketing etc] you can just add them at the end.
Now-a-days there are designations available like - Manager- Human Capital, Manager-People Proesses, Manager-Employee Engagement etc.
