Dear Sir,
Thanks for such good presentation, I fully agree that most of the problem faced by people are mainly due to stress. In today's world people are giving up today for a better tomorrow. This Mad race is taking a tole on every one, resulting in suicide, sickness divorce, murder's etc. They are so busy that they have forgotten to relax , until one fine day they collapse. Few simple steps can change your life then why not implement it.

Thanks dear Anita.Very well said. You can link the malady in detriment to productivity.
strange that suicide statistics does to arouse concern unless it is politically motivated like farmers' suicide. The volume of suicide has almost doubled in last 30 years.
