Dear Seniors,
Please solve my confusion. If an export company office is located in Delhi and the factory is located in Haryana so in that case the Minimum Wage will be paid by the employer according to Delhi Minimum Wage Act or Haryana Minimum Wage Act.
Thanks & Regard's

Dear,
The minimum wages of employees of any office should be fixed as per the act of respective states. Hence for delhi office employees, it would be as per delhi minimum wages act and for faridabad, it would be as per haryana minimum wages act.
Hope this will be helpful for you.

Dear
Where is the confusion here ???
The facts are very clear.
If tomorrow you shift your Company Office to Mumbai, or abroad (since its an export house), will you pay your factory workers at Gurgaon the wages applicable to Mumbai, or the country where the Office is located ???
Hope you understood, what is being conveyed.
Warm regards.

Dear Sir,
But there is no office is situated in haryana only workers are woriking in haryana factory. All official work is done at delhi office. Total official staff is working in delhi and the factory is running in haryana.
You mean to say that those employees are working in haryana they will be eligible for haryana minimum wages and those employees are working in delhi they will be eligible for delhi minimum wages.
Thanks & Regard's

Dear Nitin,
Have you not got Factory Licence from Haryana Govt.? Are you not making sales and purchases under Haryana VAT Act? Is factory running only on the basis of workers or some controlling staff is working there? If you manufacturing excisable goods, is your Regn. No. in Haryana Range?
In fact, there are so many factories in Haryana near to Delhi whose offices are situated in Delhi. You can make survey in the area which laws they are following.
Learned members have already clarified the point. In fact, your office location does not justify applicability of laws.
Thanks
