Hi All,
First, you must read what you have written before you send it off. If you read out loud, you will get a better idea of the correctness of your grammar.
You wrote the following:
I am just starting my career in H.R as a fresher and i am not excellent in english. couse of it i am facing lots of problem in corresponding....Please Suggest me what i do...
Let us now improve on the above:
I have just started my career in HR, as an intern, but my English needs to be improved. Because of this, I am facing many problems with correspondence. Could you please suggest how I might improve my grammar?
Kind regards

I don’t have enough words for appreciating your views . It is well known that communication is the back bone of each and every field. Inappropriate communication breaks the whole structure, As we all know that first impression is the last impression,
And we can’t make a good start with a bad communication.

Any one can’t consider and expect from a corporate HR personal that they are having bad communication skills. It is really terrible that we are being an hr guy writing in the HR forum making mistakes in grammar and vocabulary. All goals of a Hr people is relating to the communication, they will have to deal with all the people in the organization from top to bottom , they used to make rules and regulation for the organization, and any mistake in verbal and oral communication can make all waste. It will be a big question mark on Hr department of the organization.

I totally agree with what evryone has said. I too have a problem with communicating formally either in written or oral but I have spent my time working on it. This site really helps.

Thank you all for the reply and individual comments. Nice to know that all are more concerned about the issue that erodes the image of HR. Continue your efforts in building the right skill to march ahead with expectation.

Very true, all ppts. remain in folders only, no one seriously try to practice, even I am talking about myself. Every time we see agood article on net we immediately try to download and save, but no article is good if not used properly in practice.
