We are following this grading system in our industry:
Junior Executives
Js – VI-------- Junior level staff
Senior Executives
S – I---------- Staff with one year experience in same or relevant field
S – II--------- Staff with 2 year experience in same or relevant field
S- III---------- Staff with 3 year experience in same or relevant field
HOD of department
S- IV----------- Staff with 4 year experience in same or relevant field
M – I----------- Assistant manager
M – II---------- Manager
M – III--------- A.G.M
M – IV--------- G.M
M – V---------- Unit Head
M - VI---------- CEO
