Salary breakup has changed now as new Bill 2015 has already introduced.
Basic Salary = 40% and 50% of gross salary (N-metro, Metro)
HRA= 40% and 50% of Basic (N-metro, Metro)
Convenience All = 1600 ( Changed from 800 to 1600 in this bill 2015)
Medical allow = 2083 ( Changed from 1250 to 2083 in this bill 2015) Taxable without presenting the medical bills
Other Allow = to balance with the gross Salary.
Deduction
ESI = 1.75% of gross salary
PF= 12% of basic ( employee have new benefits included in this bill 2015) refer to that bill., now employee have the option to opt pension scheme or not. )
