Sir,
we are not being paid salary for the last 03 months and we are requesting the management to pay us the salary but they say the same word will give in 02 to 03 days time and this has been happening for the past 03 months.
we are working in a out of state location from our home state. Can we approach High court or Labour court in our home state? else is there any way we can get our payment, Please advice?

Dear Vijay
Any workmen can claim the unpaid wages from the employer through their Home Town/District Labour Office.
For which you must have the proof of employment (id card) with complete details of the organisation you worked, Muster Card for the period he worked. If the concerned official signed the Muster Card, then there will be more value to the complaint.
For staff, those who are drawing salary less than Rs.18000/-pm can approach the labour office of their district.
For others you can approach the Civil Court of Law.

Par jab hisab dene ka time ayega to Hume 1 employees Ko kitana milana chahiye hum 1400 log permanent hai Mearns basic 8352 hai gross salary 22500 hai muze 12 years company mye huye hai. Company close ki process mye hai .hisab ka ek structure bataiye
