Dear Rohin,
The HR scenario in Australia is good. I have myself pursued an MS in HRM from there. But i would emphasize that, for a region-specific field of study like HR, you would be better off doing the course in Australia itself. That would give you hands-on experience on Australia's outlook on HR by giving you oppurtunities of researching into companies and HR fiunctions by way of assessments. To top it all, there is nothing like being in a class of like minded people, co-existing and learning from them.
All the very best!

Thanks Rohintan,
I got an idea about courses from abroad but i would like to know whether the distance courses are at all beneficial or not.
I am a HR head in a reputed hospital in Kolkata,India.
I have no other option but have to do parttime or correspondance course.
Could you be able to help me in this regard?
Bye,
Reema.
