Hi May i know which company you are working with, My company gives as per the position 40,000 for TM’s and 60,000 for ASM and 1 lac for RM etc...

ok here is the breakup i would think would be ideal for small enterprise..
for sales guys....
upto 2lakhs of business = 4% of the deal.
from 2- 5 lakhs of business = 10% of the deal.
more than 5 lakhs = 14% of the deal
above percentage indicates.. percentage of incentives..
although this is for very small enterprises..one of my friend has incorporated this as it was suggested by both of us.
anything to know..please dont hesitate..
will help you as much i know..
