Exactly we have seen people asking basic questions like manpower planning which is easily available on net or any HR book.
Please take some efforts to search the information. We are lucky enough to get instant information through net. Even though you get ready made ppts it is of no use until and unless you have basic knowledge of the subject.

Dear Ajmani,

Your reply is not harsh; you are free to hold your views which are based on emotions and not facts. For example, had you read all the posts in this thread you would have found that I have guided epole and some have even thanked me for it. Others like Ash Mathew (senior members) quite concur with my views.

Just because one is undertaking a Distance Learning Programme, it does not mean they can't search the web before seeking answers on-a-plate.

I do not know what you do or where. You can see my profile at <link outdated-removed> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google ) You certainly are new on this site and you have a different attitude to mine. I respect you for your views; I only know that people who listened to my advice, how unplatable it may be to some (like you), have benefitted immensely.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your post. In future, if you have anything to say and need a quick response please do drop a private message.

Best wishes
