I Would like say only one thing...
the people who are interested in observing people, knowing their behaviour, psychology they only take HR as their core area. otherwise they wont survive in the long run.
You have to be Passionate towards everything that you do with people.

when i was asked this question ... i had said i took hr as my career cause i dint like working with digits in accountsand other subject .. and i am good at dealing with people .. so i took it as a softer option .. but now iam loving every bit of my job.

Hi, I would say, In the past the hr is only doing the administration job, but now a days it involved in the stratigic business and also contributing a lot from the functional side. As we go we also know more about the company and also update what is happening in other business....
