My dear Friends,
We are HR professionals taking care of the HR needs and requirements of the organization - True. We are paid for our services - What for? For the sake of our family - Wife and Children. They are our treasure for whom we work.
So, we are basically human beings with love, affection and care to be shown for our family. Our children are our future. When we are happy at home, yes, we can and should discharge our duty with more ease and comfort.
As a Psychologist, Counselor and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I deal with many people (especially the children) for lack of concentration in studies, bad habits, hallucination, fears & phobias, I found that the problem is not with the children in most of the cases but with the parents.
Hence I started conducting my programs for parents to make them aware as to what children really need from them. The irony is that under the pretext of love and care, majority of parents embitter their children unwittingly causing severe emotional setbacks in them. Many parents who visited us occupy high post in Government as well as in Private Sector Organizations.

I could link it more because I am involved with Lions International Quest program which is revolving around Adolescent Children value based education with equal involvement of parents in the child education at home. In this program we are doing interactive teaching of students in overcoming teen years/ confidence building/ avoiding peer pressure etc.
