Hi,
I would like to know whether employee commitment and employee engagement are the same.
I am doing my research on employee commitment can you please help me with an appropriate questionnaire and a few articles regarding employee engagement that will be useful for my studies.

Both are relevat in HR term. It depends if one can understand these words and related HR fields to this.
Employee Commitment refers to Commitment at work and his commitment to keep up the roles & responsiblity being an employee of the company. There are list of this which is epected out of him. It has a legal relevance too.
While Employee Engagement is the engagement activities that HR is involved with. Could be an doing a PQ analiysis on an employee who are criticial to business or run a engagement program to ensure that high performers are retained or engagement program to improve productivity of an employee....
