Dear Fellow members, Suppose an employee joins an organization on 10th September, can he/she submit unclaimed bills from April onwards from the same financial year to the new employer?

Dear friend!!!
Your question is unclear and vague also.
The rule is pro-rata entitlement of any thing that has become payable in support with necessary bills . If employee joins in Sept 2016 then entitlement after joining ie from Sept 16 onward till March 2017 of FY 2016-17 is to be paid. Where is April and of which year??

The employee will be entitled for any medical expense incurred on or after his date of joining and till he is the employee of the company. Any medical expense incurred before his date of joining cannot be claimed since he was not an employee.
