PF contribution is based on basic + DA. It is 12% from the employee side and 12% from the employer side, in which 8.33% is for family pension, 3.67% is for PF, 1.10% is for EDLIS, and 0.50% is for administrative charges for EDLIS. Additionally, 1% is for administrative charges. Thus, the total contribution from both sides for PF is 25%.
ESI Contribution is at a total of 6.75%. From the employer side, it is 4.75% of the gross salary, and from the employee side, it is 1.75% of the gross salary.
