Please provide guidance on setting up PF, ESI, and other legal rules and regulations that are important for a software company.

Dear Praveen,
It is very difficult to discuss all rules and regulations here; however, if you have any specific problems, then you can discuss.
Regarding ESI - you have to take a number once you have the requisite number of employees.
PF code will be required when your employee count reaches 20 on any given day.
