There is no particular format for bond letters. Companies prepare them according to their own needs and requirements. Just follow the normal appointment clauses with the exception of the notice period clause and replace it with the clauses which state that the person will be working from such a period to such a period and in case of variation from the same, he or she will be liable to pay a certain amount to the company as compensation. Keep in mind that the basic objective of the bond letter is to bind the employee with the company for a particular period of time. Try preparing one yourself and get back.
