I liked the ABC acronym. I would like to add that when doing a program on stress management, you may also want to explore what really causes stress, i.e., what is it about work that causes stress, etc.

Hey, thank you for your email. I apologize for the earlier email; I believe there was an issue with my system viewing the PowerPoint presentation.
