Dear Nagaraj,

Thank you very much for the prompt reply. Actually, there is a concept called "Positive Stress" in HR jargon, it is "Eustress". So I think, as you said, stress occurs when our physical and mental body reacts in an abnormal way to a situation, and which can be positive or negative. What say, people....

I appreciate the whole presentation. But I found some aspects missing, please note as below:

1. Your presentation is for a normal person of normal health.
2. However, stress gets induced in persons with a perfection-afflicted attitude because they cannot attain what they aim at. Probably you know that there is a thin line of curtain between an obsessed person and an insane person. Both lack logic and common sense.
3. Some people use stress as a diversion from other problems which they are afraid of facing.
4. Some people pretend to be stressed out.
5. For people with illness, even a fan rotation can cause stress or a sound from a distant masjid or Mike will be intolerable.
6. Problems persist until everyone understands what he cannot and what he can. He has to know that all things will pass in their way. But stress is his own creation.

Thank you for listening and your presentation.

Hi Nagaraj,

This has been very helpful for me. Could you please provide the link to the 13 PowerPoint presentations that you have posted? I tried searching in the portal but have not been able to find them. Also, kindly suggest to me a list of various programs on soft skills.

Thanks & Regards,

Could anyone tell me how to work out the cost of cartons and labels being used in the pharma and FMCG sectors? I'm a purchaser and want to ensure that I'm buying the packaging material at the right price. Please share some key factors if anyone specializes in the same.
