I am new on the block, and my senior HR manager has asked me to prepare a training session in team building and/or communication tips for the administrative department. I am a complete fresher, so I am looking for assistance in this area.

I hope I'm not too late to put up my suggestion, but before that, can you please elaborate a bit on the audiences, I mean trainees? Without keeping these in mind, no training program can be successful. Also, while designing a training program, you must use "critical incidents" or short stories from your own experience or from similar organizations. You should incorporate practices like games, ice breakers, and how to deal with nonsensical questions, etc. Should you need further help, let me know at sindhuja_anukul@rediffmail.com.
