Hi all,

I am working for a manufacturing company. I have been asked to design an induction feedback form for new officers joining our plant. In the induction feedback form, I have been asked to cover areas from initial reaction while joining, overall admin support received to understanding of job roles, etc. I have been asked to design a feedback form that will be administered to the new joinees 10 days, 1 month, and 3 months after their joining. Could anyone please help me with questions that should be asked to the new joinees?

The questions that could be asked:
- Who is the CEO?
- When and how was the company started?
- What are the career growth opportunities for new joiners in the company?
- How can the salary structure reflect an increase in the industry?
- How is performance calculated?
- Are there any performance-based bonuses given?
