Hi, I am Prakash. I am currently pursuing a correspondence MBA in HR and Marketing while serving in the Indian Army. I lack knowledge about how to prepare an effective CV. Could someone please assist me by providing some CV templates for reference?

Hi Friends,
I am doing my part-time MBA in HR. I am working with the indender where we act as a middleman (commission agent) for waste paper importers. We import the material from the USA and sell it to Indian paper mills. My job is not related to HR at all.
Most of my friends have told me that if I want to start my career in HR, I have to join a consultancy. I want to ask all my friends if this is right. I don't want to join any consultancy because I have a fear of targets. Kindly suggest me.
Best regards,
Kesar

Dear Prakash,
You are serving in the Indian Army and about the Corporate, it's entirely different. There, you have only three branches to work, and here, there are a lot of segments, and everything has to be handled by one person. Don't think that corporate is a pink; it's like a war front.
With regard to your CV, just put the contents about your working profile and your MBA. Do not make it lengthy. Just put the duties you perform in a single-word manner. As I do not know what your cadre is in the IA, I cannot give any comments on the same.
Take care, God bless u
