Hi,
I am a BPO employee. I resigned from an organization on Nov 24, and I have not received my Full and Final Settlement (salary for the notice period and leave encashment) as of today, Feb 1. Could anyone please inform me if there is any legal clause specifying that the Full and Final Settlement should be completed within a particular timeframe?
Thanks

Hello,
As per my knowledge, the details of this are specified in the HR Manual/Standing Order of the Company. If not, check your contract letter; it will contain these details in the clause stating about contract termination. I hope this will give you some guidance.

Hi Friends,
I would also like to know more about this. Nothing is mentioned in the offer letter. It would be great if someone could guide me on any legal obligations.
Thanks,

Hi!
On the part of the company, it's not a good HR practice. Please write to the CEO or the Board with a request to settle your account within a specific period. If it still has not been done, then you can approach an advocate for further process. Alternatively, the easiest way is to go to the press and express it. Your work will be done.
Best of luck,
Manju

Can any member provide me with some guidance on the same matter - whether the salary of the notice period should be included in the F&F statements? The management is denying to pay for the notice period. Are there any case laws in support of that? Please provide me with information at princeradhe@yahoo.com.
