Dear All,

Kindly help me with the process of Shops and Establishment Act registration details. I would like to know which forms we need to fill and submit, the registration fees, the deadline for renewal, and whether the Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) is applicable. If applicable, could you also provide information on the amount that needs to be paid?

For PT registration in Punjab, I need to understand the forms required for registration/enrollment, the registration fees, and the PT slab rates.

Hi,

For the Punjab Shops and Establishment Act, you can purchase a small booklet from any stationary shop that stores such articles as registers of any acts, etc. This booklet has a list of all the required documents.

Hi, I wanted to check that we are a US MNC and have a small workforce of 8 people. We have started our operations in June 2009 in India. Just wanted to check if we have to pay the fee of INR 5000 for registration under the Punjab Shop and Establishment Act in Haryana as well or not?

Can somebody guide me if I want to get my company (started on 11th June '09, based in Gurgaon, and has only 7 employees) registered under the Punjab Shop & Establishment Act? Do I need to pay any fees to the labor inspector or any other official? Please suggest.
