Dear all,

I am Pavithra and have completed my MSc in Psychology. I have been working as an employee counselor for various corporates and would like to pursue an MBA in HR. Can you please suggest whether I should do it through a distance education program or attend an evening college? Which option would offer better job prospects? Additionally, could you recommend good management schools in Bangalore that would provide me with excellent exposure and placement opportunities?

Thank you,
Pavithra

Hi Pavithra,

If you are looking to pursue a course for information, then distance education would be suitable. However, if you want to gain practical experience, attending an evening or regular college would be better. Distance education primarily involves reading textbooks and taking exams.

Hi Pavitra,

If you have good knowledge in HR, then you can go for distance mode. In distance mode, you won't get trained in detail. If time provides, you'd be better off taking evening college. Even the certificate will hold much more value than distance mode.
