Building quality relationships is not only an inseparable part of being effective but also the cornerstone of happiness. Since we know that money, fame, and success do not necessarily mean that people who accomplish these are happy. I am deeply awakened to the insight that "understanding" is one of the highly overrated attributes compared to "acceptance." Perfect enemies understand each other. That does not in any way dilute the degree of enmity. It's the acceptance, unconditional acceptance, that is crucial to relationships and happiness.
