Dear All,
Thank you to all the valuable contributors. I have only one year of experience in HR. I downloaded a few formats from the internet on job descriptions and performance appraisals. Could anyone please forward me a standard format that is widely accepted?
Additionally, could you suggest some books on how to write job descriptions?
Regards,
Estha
