Hello everyone,
I am looking for a draft of a warning letter for the staff of retail operations. The showrooms are not opened on time, uniforms are not worn, and the staff schedule is not organized by the in-charge, i.e., there is a shortage of staff during peak hours. Showrooms should be opened 10 minutes prior to our daily timing.
Could you all please help me or forward some stern ideas that I can put down in my letter.
Thank you.

Warning letters may be issued as a general circular cautioning all concerned of the consequences, or they may be issued to a particular employee found guilty or negligent. If you are thinking of issuing a general notice calling on all employees to adhere to the code of conduct, it may be issued in the form of a circular as follows:
"It has been observed that many of you do not adhere to the code of conduct of the organization. Very often, it is seen that you do not dress as per our dress code. It has also been noticed that the office/shop/showroom is not opened on time, causing significant delays in starting the business and making our valued customers wait. The practice of arranging work assignments well in advance has not been followed, causing undue delays in placing and scheduling personnel. There have been instances of personnel abstaining from work when they were supposed to be present. All these actions will be viewed as serious misconduct on the part of employees. Therefore, all are hereby cautioned/warned to refrain from these and other means of unfair practices, and the management will be constrained to take disciplinary action against those found violating the code of conduct hereafter."
If you want to issue a letter to a specific employee, make it clear what they were doing/not doing in the workplace or what the charges against them are, and ask them to explain within 48 hours why action should not be taken against them.

Some incidents that happened recently in our company forced our management to send a misconduct warning memo to all staff. Guys, does anyone have a sample copy of a general misconduct memo addressing all staff?

Good One Clifford but there are some grammatical errors which I have corrected:-
Dear All,
We all are well aware of the office hours which is from 10.00am to 6.30pm. However, it has been observed that most of the staff is not reporting duty on time and thus violating the code of conduct of the organization. This is being viewed as serious misconduct from the part of the employee.
Henceforth staff will be given a grace period of 15 mins from the reporting time. Two initial warnings will be given, on 3rd warning a day's half salary will be deducted from the monthly package.
Emergency circumstances or some other natural problem should be informed to the person in-charge and the reception (compulsorily). Only genuine reasons will be considered.
Kindly adhere to the above failing which the management will be forced to take strict disciplinary action against those who are found violating the code of conduct hereafter.

I need a warning letter format for one of the office boys who is not coming on time and sometimes not listening to anybody. Additionally, he has been refusing to do the assigned work by saying, "No, I will not do it." I need the letter format to be firm and strong for issuing a warning.
