Hi, I'm Murthy, Assistant Dairy Manager in a Co-Operative Dairy in Andhra Pradesh. We are engaging security staff through an annual tender. By the end of this month, the current contract period will be completed. In the upcoming tenders, we are planning to provide minimum wages to the security staff through a contractor. I need the updated minimum wages as per the labor act in Andhra Pradesh, specifically for security staff in the Executive and Civil streams at the Security Officer, Security Supervisor, and Security Guard levels.

How can we calculate/accept the tender rate for each level for PF, ESI, Service Charge, Service Tax, and other necessary legal requirements? Please assist me in this matter.
