Hi everybody,
I am attaching herewith a .ppt file which shows the environment and hierarchy and its impact on staff (as there is no choice). I think most of the managers are not taking this fact seriously. If they provide their keen attention, most of the problems related to motivation will automatically be avoided. Seniors, I am expecting your guidelines and valuable comments, please.

Good and real. Even I have experienced this. Highly educated personnel will be recruited in the organization, and their requirement is more, but the output is less. I don't understand when the companies will realize this fact.
