I am a team manager and I need to calculate the efficiency of a team. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Please see the parameters below:

There are 40 employees in a team, and they perform 5 different activities, each taking a different amount of time. For example:

Activity A - 4 min
Activity B - 5 min
Activity C - 3 min
Activity D - 10 min
Activity E - 6 min

The employees do not need to perform all the activities on the same day. For instance,
Employee 1 performs activities A and C today, whereas
Employee 2 performs only B and D today.

The next day, the activities are interchanged between the employees. By the end of the month, I have a report consisting of numbers, but I am struggling to determine who is more productive and efficient in performing tasks.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me calculate the efficiency of each individual.

You have not provided sufficient information for me to guide you. Are these activities related? Can you also include a flow chart if these activities are related? If you have data for all the staff on a spreadsheet, can you attach it?
