Training and management development for executives at the CEO level should have a special emphasis on leadership development. The program should address the unique framework of emotional competence and focus on creating a shift towards a cohesive and systematic leadership perspective. Recently, we have designed one such Leadership Development Program named "LEAD" for the most senior officials of the organization.
