Hi Himanshu,
Thank you for sharing a very comprehensive PowerPoint presentation on Team Leading. My suggestion here is that the trainer using this presentation should be able to customize it for his/her participants with adequate and relevant examples for each slide. Additionally, they should also get buy-in from the participants on how they would incorporate and implement the concepts discussed. This approach will add value; otherwise, it will remain theoretical.

The presentation about leadership skills is great. However, next time, please ensure that when making a PowerPoint presentation, there are a maximum of 10 points per slide to avoid it looking awkward. It is recommended to use bullet points for clarity.
