All you need to do is fill in the PAN correction form and submit it at any TIN FC. The upfront charges will be Rs. 60+ST. I would suggest that you consult a professional.

I think that if you have a Xerox copy of the card or possess the PAN letter or remember the PAN number and other details correctly, you can apply for the issuance of a duplicate PAN card. You can also apply online easily.

Hi, As understood your problem is like this. Somebody else photo has come with your data in the PAN card. If this is the problem, Again you have to apply for change in the PAN card. Regards
