Ours is an establishment under the Karnataka Shops & Commercial Act. Our registration has not been renewed for three years, and we have shifted to new premises. In this case, what can be done? Do we need to apply for a new registration? If so, what would be the charges for the new registration, or can the previous one be renewed?
