Hi,
I am a student undergoing a summer internship project on employee satisfaction. I am a bit confused as I am working on a project for Indian Oil. Could you please guide me on the parameters in which I could conduct the survey? Also, if possible, could you send me the questionnaire related to the same?

Hello Niharika,
Please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum without giving enough information.
Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then, do a literature survey and form your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Form your hypotheses to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.
Please see my post on Research Methodology (Ppt slides attached) at research projects and my post at <link no longer exists - removed> Prodcons also has information on Research Methodology.

Hello friends,
Situation will make us do things... ....we are all in search of capsules, right? I also made an attempt, a shortcut for easily getting the questionnaire, but I failed. I found all types of questionnaires over here except our topic. It was very urgent for me, and there were no options at all. At last, lazy Sayana also decided to prepare a questionnaire by herself, and I did. For that, I referred to the factory act of welfare measure, company profile, their welfare facilities, questionnaire formats available over here, etc., etc. So, all time of my experience shows that we become lazy because of the facilities available to us. Actually, all this is meant to make us more capable, but we are misusing these facilities. I am too in that list. At first, I got irritated when I read the reply by the moderator Mr. Nashbramhall, advising not to expect someone else to send a questionnaire. At that time, I thought, for what purpose is this CiteHr for? Anyway, I know you people are also like me so I am attaching my questionnaire with regard to welfare measures. I don't know how much I succeed in preparing these questionnaires, but I hope it will also be helpful to you dudes.
With regards,

I am also doing my summer training and conducting an employee satisfaction survey. I have designed a survey questionnaire covering 13 factors of motivation provided by my AGM HR. All my questions are objective type with options like "very good," "good," "average," and "dissatisfactory." I have assigned ranks such as 1, 2, 3, 4. However, I am now confused about how to analyze using some statistical method. Please suggest something.
